Alyssa Rose Lambaria, born on January 21, 2000, in San Antonio, Texas, to Jeanne Martinez Hernandez and Claudio Lambaria, passed away on January 16, 2025, just days before her 25th birthday.

Alyssa was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Her radiant smile could light up any room, and her kind, selfless heart touched everyone she encountered. Alyssa had an extraordinary way of making those around her feel valued, loved, and appreciated. She cherished her family deeply and loved her friends with unwavering loyalty. Her laughter and joyful spirit will forever echo in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Alyssa is survived by her loving parents, Jeanne and Lee Hernandez, father, Claudio Lambaria; adoring sisters, Alexandrea and Arianna Lambaria; brother, Alister Lambaria; paternal grandmother, Carmen Lambaria; maternal grandfather, Eloy Martinez; aunts, Sandra Lambaria and Monica Elkins (Nate); uncle, Eloy "Danny" Martinez; beautiful girlfriend and best friend Jazlin Olvera; and her beloved nephews, Alexander and Mateo, who brought her so much pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her cherished maternal grandmother, Rose Mary Martinez; paternal grandfather, Claudio Lambaria Sr.; baby nephew, Angel Rodriguez; and her dear cousin, Sophie Teresa.

Alyssa's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will always remember her as a source of love, laughter, and light.

Pallbearers who will honor Alyssa's life are her Uncle Carlos Hernandez, Uncle Nate Elkins, Cousin Jared Oliva, Cousin Derick Rene Lambardia, Brother-in-law Manuel Ponce, and Friend Alonso Garza.

Services for Alyssa are scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2025, starting with a visitation at Hurley Funeral Home from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with a reciting of the rosary at 7:00 pm. A graveside service will follow on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Brown Cemetery at 11:00 am. Brown Cemetery is located 1 mile south on Brown Lane, off FM 2504.
