Anastasio Perez Treviño, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 85. He was born on September 3, 1940, in Poteet, Texas, to Eduardo Guerra Treviño and Candelaria Perez Treviño.
He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his sister Adelina Ramirez and brothers Santos Treviño, Luis Treviño, and Daniel Treviño.
Anastasio is survived by his loving wife, Lillie Mancha Treviño; daughters, Leticia T. Lambardia and Diana T. Perez, and his son Eugene "Gino" Treviño. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Angelo Lambardia, Valerie Rendon (Carlos), Richard A. Saenz, Krysta Lambardia, Samantha Barcomb, Charles Pacheco, and David Pacheco. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren, Isaiah Bernal, Kay Lynn Cameron, Lorenzo Rey Lambardia, Ayron Monjaras, Alek Monjaras, Aralynn Monjaras, and numerous extended family and friends.
Anastasio was first and foremost a musician at heart. With a guitar always in hand, he filled every room with music, laughter, and life. Known for his serenatas, quick wit, sarcasm, and unmatched sense of humor, he brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know him. He loved to dance, sing, and never missed a chance to make someone smile. A true jokester and a businessman with a lively spirit, he reminded everyone around him not to take life too seriously.
Though he has left this world, the echo of his guitar strings, his laughter, and his larger-than-life personality will forever live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
