Obituary

We are saddened to announce the passing of Betty Jean (LeBlanc) Miller, age 89, on February 14, 2024, in Round Rock, TX. Born on August 13, 1934, to Tony and Teresa (Dugas) LeBlanc, Betty lived a life filled with love, laughter, and kindness.

Betty was predeceased by her husband Benny Franklin Miller, her parents, her sister Anna Belle LeBlanc Pate, and her brothers Dudley Joseph, Melvin Charles, and Orville Luke LeBlanc.

She is survived by her beloved sons Carl Franklin Miller (wife Gail Yvonne Miller) and Douglas Wayne Miller (wife Angie Miller); her brother Alvin Cecil LeBlanc (wife Georgia LeBlanc); grandchildren Tonya Rachelle Broussard (husband Wayne Frederick Broussard), Geoffrey Franklin Miller (wife Hannah Elisabeth Miller), and Cameron Wayne Miller (wife Monica Miller); great-grandchildren Paisley Elizabeth Broussard, Cordilia Raya Broussard, Caleb Wayne Miller, and Cayden Wayne Miller; and many more family members and friends.

Betty loved watching hummingbirds, spoiling her grandkids and great-grandkids, and was known for her great cooking and sense of humor. She always made sure she looked her best, especially for church or a day out shopping.

A visitation is set for Friday, February 16, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Hurley Funeral Home. A private interment will follow. There will be a memorial service at 4:00 pm on February 18 at Bethel Baptist Church in Austin, TX. We invite you to share your memories in the guest book.

Betty's presence will be deeply missed.
