Cooper
Jul 15, 1980 — Nov 23, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brandon Cooper, a beloved son, brother, and friend, who left us peacefully on November 23, 2025, at the age of 45. Born on July 18, 1980, in Victoria, Texas, Brandon lived a full and vibrant life, filled with passion, adventure, and a deep love for his family and friends.
Growing up in an oil and gas background, Brandon made his mark in the industry, known for his work ethic and generous spirit. His career led him to travel extensively, both across the United States and internationally, earning respect and admiration from colleagues and friends alike. A dedicated laborer with a natural affinity for his work, he was not just a skilled professional but a good man who touched the lives of many.
Outside of work, Brandon cherished moments spent in nature. He loved to fish, hunt, and play golf. He also enjoyed time with family and friends, creating lasting memories that will be cherished forever.
Brandon is survived by his mother Gloria Ortiz (Juan); brothers Richard Cooper (Beatrice), Chris Cooper (Dina), Rodney Cooper (Sandra jo), Kevin Cooper (Jeannie); daughters Olivia and Cira Cooper; son's Kaysen, Lorenzo, Gabriel Cooper and Taylor Khoel; 2 grandchildren; nieces and nephews Kendall, Hailey, Genevie, Kody, Chris Jr, Adie, Colby, Matthew, Delaney, Kaleb, Kelsey and Mason.;
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the reciting of the rosary at 1:00 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton. Per Brandons wishes, he will be cremated then laid to rest in Victoria with his father, Richard Cooper who precedes him in death.
As we gather to celebrate Brandon's life, let us remember him not only for his accomplishments but for his kindness, camaraderie, and the love he shared with those around him. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know him. Rest in peace, dear Brandon.
