With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Greer Bjork-Fairchild, who was born into this world on January 17, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Though her time with us was brief, Charlotte touched the lives of her family and friends in ways words cannot convey.

Charlotte was the cherished daughter of Garrett Fairchild and Hannah Bjork. Her presence will forever be felt in the hearts of those who love her. As we navigate this profound loss, we are reminded of the immense love that her parents hold for her, a love that will endure beyond this life.

She was preceded in death by great-grandfathers, Gene Cavender and James Frances Leonard, grandmother, Janie Gorman, and uncle, Johnny Ray Forster.

She is survived by her parents, Garrett Fairchild and Hannah Bjork; sister, Myleigh Skye Fairchild; grandparents, Marc and Maureen Fairchild, Laurie Leonard, and Kyle and Teresa Bjork; great-grandparents, Shirley Ann Cavender, Gail Thomas Leonard, and Michael and Emelita Fairchild; aunts and uncles, Heather Leonard, Erica and Lucas Forester, Staci Bjork, Clayton Wymer, Jessi Davis, Brandon Theiss, Jeffrey Thompson, Rebecca Thompson, Tyler Davis, Amber Leigh Davis and Robert Booth; honorary grandparents, Shelly and Troy Kappelmann; and "uncle daddy" Travis D. Kappelmann; as well as numerous cousins and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held in her honor at Hurley Funeral Home on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather as they celebrate the precious life of Charlotte and offer support to Garrett and Hannah during this difficult time. Following the service, Charlotte will be laid to rest at Shiloh Cemetery.

The family asks for continued love and support, offering a gentle reminder to treasure every moment with those we hold dear. Charlotte may not have walked among us, but she will forever be a beloved part of her family's story. May she rest in peace.
