Christina Nicole Briskey of Jourdanton passed away at home on Sunday, May 24, 2026. She was born in San Antonio, on Friday, December 13, 1991.

Christina enjoyed "Manga" Books. Consequently, she was able to read Japanese. She was a fierce fan of Nightmare Before Christmas. Christina also loved animals.

She is survived by her parents, Edward Lee Jr. and Barbara Lois (Kelley) Briskey; brothers, Edward Lee Briskey III and wife Roxy, and Michael Briskey; nephews and niece, Logan, Edward Lee IV, Lilly Ann, and Ethan Briskey; and aunt, Diana Kliner and husband Mark. Christina is also survived by her cousins, Steven, Nathan, and Kevin.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Praxedes and Frefford Kelley, and Edward Lee Briskey Sr. and Mary Jane Briskey; and uncles, David Briskey and Joe Kelley.

Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home on Thursday, June 4, 2026, starting at 5:00 pm followed by the reciting of the rosary at 6:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Matthew Catholic Church on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:30 am, followed by interment in St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery.
