Danny Ray Gaydos of Jourdanton passed away April 23, 2023, at the age of 60. He was born in Jourdanton on March 10, 1963, to Fred Alfonso and Mary Cecilia (Moudry) Gaydos.

Danny was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved dancing, singing and drinking cold ones with his daughters. His passion was taking his grandson, Kayden, fishing. Danny had the biggest heart, and would help anybody in need, and he instilled that in his daughters. He enjoyed spending time with his brothers, sisters, cousins and extended family at the family farm.

He is survived by his daughters, Danell Gaydos, Mary Gaydos and Tiffany McNabb; grandson, Kayden Ray Simon; siblings, Victor Gaydos, Frankie Gaydos and Kathy Gaydos Treat, and mother of his children, Jan Gaydos. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Danny is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Gaydos and sister, Betty Jean Gaydos Lopez.

Visitation will be conducted at Hurley Funeral Home in Pleasanton on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Service will begin at 2:00 pm. Services will conclude at that time.
