David A. "Pops" Perez age 65 of Devine has entered eternal rest on September 7, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents Salome and Jesusa Perez Sr.; sister, Margaret Perez; brothers, Salome Perez Jr. and Juan Perez.

David is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Sandra Perez of Devine, Texas; children, Elizabeth Perez of Devine, Texas, Alex and Valerie Perez of Lytle, Texas; sisters, Virginia Perez of Devine, Texas, Lupe Rodriguez of Natalia, Texas, Hopie and Ericka Perez of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Dominique and Justin Fonseca, Esperanza "Espi" Dominguez, Alex Perez Jr.; great-grandchildren, Xaiden Fonseca and Justine Fonseca and an extended loving family.

A visitation will be from 2 pm-9 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7 pm on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine. A mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 10 am at Our Lady Of Grace Catholic Church in LaCoste, Texas with interment to follow in LaCoste Cemetery.
