It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debbra Iona Freeman, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who left us on January 13, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on June 20, 1961, in San Antonio, Texas, Debbra's journey through life was marked by her unwavering love for her family and her passion for the little joys that life brought her.

Debbra was a devoted homemaker who poured her heart into creating a warm and loving home for her family. She was an amazing wife to her husband, David Freeman, and cherished every moment spent with him. Together, they found joy in simple pleasures, such as exploring flea markets and antique shopping, where they created countless memories that will forever be treasured.

Debbra was not just a loving spouse but also a doting mother and an adoring grandmother. Her love knew no bounds, and her family was her pride and joy. She had a unique ability to light up a room with her warm smile and kind spirit, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Debbra is survived by her devoted husband, David, and her loving mother, Iona Fay Peoples; daughters Veronica "Misty" Trevino, Faith Andrade, Constance Smith, and Lessi Norrell; brothers David Peoples, and Nathan Peoples; sister Charlene Fowler and 9 grandchildren.  Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father JT Peoples; sister Connie Peoples and Beverly Anzaldua; and her son Jerome Smith.

A graveside service will be held in her honor at Sabinal Cemetery in Sabinal ,TX on February 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to join us in remembering Debbra's vibrant life and the love she shared with all.
