Denise Lynne Bautista, age 65 of Jourdanton, passed away at home surrounded by her cherished family, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. She was born in Columbia City, Indiana on Friday, June 12, 1959.

Denise loved to cook, especially for her family. Working in her yard and feeding birds brought her great joy. She was known to put everyone else before herself. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She was her children's biggest cheerleader at at all their sporting events. Everyone knew she was their, because she was the loudest and proudest. Denise devoted 20 plus years of love and care to the children she served at Jourdanton ISD.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard G. Bautista; son, Blake Charles Little; daughter, Jenna Lee Cook and husband Kyle Duane and their children, Leroy William and Lane Jennings; daughter, Natalie Nichole Bonugli and wife April Marie and their children, Maverick G. and Jackson Dallas; sister, Julia Ann Hamilton and husband Scott, and brother, John Robert Eisenhauer and wife Christine. Denise is also survived by her nieces, Amy Heinsohn, Meagan Eisenhauer, Jessica Harper, and Madison Heinsohn; nephews, Weston Eisenhauer and wife Skylar, Colton Eisenhauer, and Zachary Heinsohn and wife Lauren, and father, Robert Leon Cozzi.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Glenda Lee (Bibb) Christner, and father, Leroy Philip Eisenhauer.

Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, on Monday, October 7, 2024 starting at 5:00 pm, with a prayer service being held at 6:00 pm. On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, a procession will depart the funeral home at 10:00 am, for a 10:30 am graveside service in Bautista Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Colton Philip Eisenhauer, Weston Dean Eisenhauer, Kyle Duane Cook, April Marie Bonugli, Zachary Scott Heinsohn, Scott Hamilton, Eric Heinsohn, and Simon Rodriguez.
