Elizabeth Bostwick, passed away with her family by her side, on Tuesday, April 2, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born in San Antonio, on Monday, August 11, 1941 to Jack E. and Hazel (Hicks) Henserling Sr.

Upon graduation from Harlandale High School, she worked a short time for Dun & Bradstreet. She had a total of 27 years of employment with the State of Texas. She was a resident of Atascosa County for over 50 years.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons, David Dyer and wife Patty, Mike Bostwick and wife Angel, and Eddie Bostwick; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Edward Bostwick; brothers Jack Henserling Jr., and David Earl Henserling, and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Hurley Funeral Home, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025 at Hurley Funeral Home, at 11:00 am, with committal services being held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, at 1:30 pm. Family requests that everyone dress casual for the services.
