Felicia Victoria Harriman, 42, of Jourdanton, Texas, passed away on March 2, 2026, in Jourdanton, Texas.  Born October 20, 1983, in San Antonio, Texas, she was the daughter of Noel & Crisanta Garcia.  Felicia graduated from Pleasanton High School in 2002, where she was active in student council, band, and was Homecoming Queen.  Felicia began her Wells Fargo career in 2007.In September 2007, Felicia married her high school sweetheart, James Kyle Harriman.  Felicia and Kyle went on to have one child, Ivory Claire Harriman, in December 2014. Felicia shared a love of car and motorcycle rides with her husband Kyle, spending time with family and friends, but most of all, a strong bond of high heels and nail time with her daughter Ivory.

Felicia is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Manuel & Marianna Garcia, and her maternal grandparents, Santiago & Antonia Lopez.

Felicia is survived by her parents, Noel Edward Garcia and Crisanta Lopez Garcia; Husband James Kyle Harriman, Daughter Ivory Claire Harriman, Sister Esmeralda Lopez-Meilinger and her husband J. Christopher Meilinger, and their daughter, Alyx Elizabeth Meilinger, Brother Xavier Noe Garcia, Sister Larianna Veronica Hernandez, and best friends Abby Rains, Noreen Lopez, Bernadette Pena, and Christina Hedfelt.

Services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, located at 365 St. Francis Avenue, Campbellton, Texas 78008, starting with a visitation at 9:00 am, followed by a reciting of the rosary at 10:00 am and Mass at 11:00 am.  Services will conclude at the end of Mass with a reception to follow at the Campbellton Community Hall.
