Francisco "Frank" C.  Zamora Sr., age 87 of Pleasanton, Texas was born on October 3, 1937, to Manuel and Herminia Zamora in Atascosa County, Texas.  He passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, at his home in Pleasanton.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Juanita T.  Zamora of Pleasanton, his sons, Francisco C Zamora Jr. and wife Margaret of San Antonio, Eloy Zamora and wife Maria of Pleasanton, his daughters, Olga Z Rodriguez of Devine, Ermelinda Huizar and husband Charlie of Pleasanton,daughter-in-law Carolyn Zamora; eight grandchildren, David Jason (Esperanza), John (Brenda), Michael (Desiree), Edward (Kayla), Andrew Zamora (Christina), Francisco Z Rodriguez, Katherine R Mendoza (Atilano), and Rebecca Alvarez (Carlos), along with 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, David Zamora, and parents, Manuel M and Herminia C Zamora, sisters, Angelita Z Silva, Dalida Salinas, and Minnie Z Leal, brothers, Manuel C Zamora Jr, and Refugio C Zamora.

While we mourn the loss of Francisco here, we take comfort in knowing that he has returned to those who knew him first, his family. Though we must let go, we find peace in the belief that entirety is completed once again.

Services are scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2025, starting with a visitation at Hurley Funeral Home, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm followed by a reciting of the rosary at 12:00 pm.  Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew Catholic Church starting at 1:00 pm, with burial at St. Andrew Cemetery #2.
