Gene Autry Coblentz passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at the age of 84.  He was born in San Antonio, on June 29, 1939, to William Frederick Coblentz and Madeline (Work) Coblentz.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents, William and Madeline Coblentz; and brother, Terry Coblentz and his wife, Pat.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Kay Rudolph Coblentz; daughter, Gena Coblentz and fiancé Ruben; son, Clayton Coblentz and wife Tiffany; step-sons, John Morris and wife Isabel and Scott Tschirgi and wife Stephanie; 6 grandchildren, David, Jael, Deborah, Gabrielle, Ethan and Ana Coblentz; 4 step grandchildren, Stashia Blair and husband Brant, Bradley Tschirgi, Natalia Hite and husband Joey and Erica Kephart and husband Nick; and 2 great-grandchildren, Ezekiel Kephart and Abagail Kephart.
