It is with great love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gina Marie (Clem) Jay (62). She passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, in Pleasanton, Texas. Gina was born on Sunday, July 31, 1960, to Carletta Joyce Downing.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Carletta Downing; grandparents, Thurl and Bonnie Downing and sister, Janice Tate.

Gina is survived by her loving children, William Rowe (Jessica), Brad Ballesteros, April Clem; life partner Kenneth Bartee, brother, Dale Clem; sisters, Karena Dawsen, Lisa Clem, Sandra Clem; grandchildren, Samantha Clem, Levi Rowe, Sara Rowe, Geddy Schoultz; nieces, Cordelia Schoultz (Harrison), Shelbie Finch and numerous extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm at San Ysidro Cemetery, Pleasanton Texas.
