**Obituary for Jennifer Rose Diaz**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jennifer Rose Diaz, who left us on February 23, 2025, at the age of 46. Born on August 27, 1978, in Jourdanton, Texas, Jennifer lived her life with an infectious joy that touched everyone she encountered. She filled her days with laughter, love, and a warmth that brought smiles to those around her.

Jennifer was a devoted homemaker, pouring her heart into her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Khloe Rose Addyson Diaz, and her loving mother, Rosalinda Diaz. Jennifer shared many wonderful memories with her siblings—John Christopher Diaz (Jacque) from Corpus Christi, Steven Diaz from San Antonio, Johnny Diaz Jr. (Laura) from San Marcos, Cynthia Dorsey from Louisiana, Laurie Slaydon from South Carolina, Sue Tuck from Michigan, and Sally Callaway from New Braunfels. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends who will miss her dearly.

Jennifer was known for her quick wit and playful humor, often sharing funny one-liners that could brighten anyone's day. Her love for animals and support for local events truly showcased her easy-going spirit and commitment to her community. A simple girl at heart, she cherished the color purple and had a soft spot for butterflies, which reflected her vibrant personality.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Johnny G. Diaz, who will be waiting to greet her with open arms.

A public viewing will take place at Hurley Funeral Home on March 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory and celebrate the wonderful life she led.

Though Jennifer may no longer walk among us, her spirit and laughter will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her. She truly enjoyed life to the fullest, and her legacy of love and light will carry on.
