Mr. Jimmy Frank Luza passed away on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026 at the age of 80.  Jimmy was born in San Antonio on Jan. 20, 1946 to Joe Frank Luza and Josephine Korus Luza.  Jimmy graduated from Sam Houston High School, and proudly served our nation in the United States Navy.  He enjoyed playing the guitar, and lifting weights in his younger years, winning the Mr. San Antonio body building contest in 1980.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Josephine Luza.  He is survived by his daughter Mary Ruby Garcia, grandson Jesse Garcia, and brothers Vernon Luza and Walter Luza.

Graveside services for Jimmy will be on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026 at 11:00 am at the St. Joseph Cemetery in Leming, where he will be laid to rest with military honors.
