Jo Ann Gonzales of Poteet, passed away in San Antonio on March 26, 2026. She was born on December 14, 1964, in San Antonio, to Robert Gonzales and Pauline Sanchez.

Jo Ann is survived by her son, Christopher Gonzales and wife Jackie; parents, Robert Gonzales and wife, Stella and Pauline Sanchez and husband, Martin Martinez; grandchildren, Colt and Reilyn Gonzales; brother, Robert Gonzales and wife Annette; and sister, Sandra Ortega and husband Jerry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Gonzales; grandfather, Welito Cruz Sanchez; and grandparents, Jose and Petra Gonzales..

Services will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, starting with visitation beginning at 4:00 pm, followed by a reciting of the rosary at 5:00 pm. Services will conclude at the chapel
