Larry Joe Capps age 67 of Devine, Texas passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas.

Larry was born on June 26, 1953, in San Antonio, Texas to parents, Joe E. and Ruth Mae (Craig) Capps.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe E. and Ruth Capps.

He is survived by his sister, Samra Capps.

Larry was a graduate of Devine High School class of 1972; he received his master's from Sul Ross University in Texas.

Masks must be worn during all funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice or the American Cancer Society.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020, from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. with a Prayer service at 10:00 A.M. Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Devine, Texas. Services will be concluded at the funeral home.
