It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Marie De Salme, who departed this world on August 24, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on December 11, 1955, in Aurora, Colorado, Linda lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a commitment to her family and friends.

Linda proudly served as an Administrative Assistant for over 20 years at Southwest Research Institute before continuing her career with the Missionary Catechists of Divine Providence of Texas. Throughout her professional journey, Linda was known for her straightforward personality, impeccable work ethic, and unwavering support for those around her.

A beloved sister, Linda cherished her relationship with her sisters, Sandra Blount (Robert M.), Tracy Bellamy (Joseph), and Susan Sanchez; and was an amazing aunt to Christopher Cook, Jerrad Cook, Curtis Cook, Mike Blount Jr., Coley Bellamy and, Maryalice Bellamy. She had a passion for creating beautiful ceramics and nurturing her garden, activities that brought her immense joy and allowed her to share her creativity with others. Linda's love for her family and friends will be remembered with fondness, as her generous spirit touched the lives of so many.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in her honor at Cowboy Fellowship Church on September 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM. All who knew and loved Linda are invited to join together in remembering the light she brought into their lives.

Linda was preceded in death by parents Clarence and Mary Cook; and her brother Steven Matthew Cook.
