In Loving Memory of Linda Brinson Fry
July 4, 1950 – April 18, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Brinson Fry, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who finished her journey here on earth, April 18, 2025, at the age of 74. She passed peacefully, surrounded by the family she so dearly loved.

Born on July 4, 1950, Linda was a firecracker in spirit and soul — independent, warm, and full of light. Her life was a testament to love, strength, and faith. She never met a stranger, everywhere she went, she found someone to chat with. Conversations with Linda had a way of making you feel like you'd known her forever — because in her heart, everyone was already a friend.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Allen, her beloved parents, Isaac Sr. and Frances Brinson, her sister, Betty Morris, her precious daughter, Rhonda Pizel, and a cherished grandson, Kevin Pierce. Their memories were etched deeply in her heart, and her strength in the face of loss was a quiet inspiration to all who knew her.

She is survived by two loving daughters, Donna Carswell and Janet Zuniga (Eric), four adoring grandchildren, Steven Pierce, Erica White (Jeremy), Conor Zuniga and Kendall Zuniga and three beautiful great-grandchildren, Lucas Pierce, Ezra and Logan White — each of whom carry a piece of her spirit in their smiles and hearts. She is also survived by a brother, Isaac Brinson Jr. and a sister, Carol Sinclair, who remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Linda's greatest joy was her family. She treasured every moment spent outdoors — whether it was sitting on a porch, going for walks, or simply soaking in the sunshine with her loyal dog, Brie, by her side. She found happiness in the little things: laughter shared around a kitchen table, hugs from her grandchildren, and the quiet beauty of a sunset.

Those who knew Linda will remember her generous heart, her quick wit, and the way her eyes lit up when she talked about her family. She taught us to be kind and to open our hearts — because you never know when a simple smile could change someone's day.

Linda Brinson Fry left this world the way she lived in it — with love, grace, and a heart big enough to hold us all. We will miss her every day, but we know that her spirit will forever surround us — in every breeze, every bloom, and every smile on her loved one's faces.

Rest well, Mom. You were our sunshine and you are loved beyond words.

To honor her wishes, no services will be held. Linda will be laid to rest in her home state of North Carolina.
