Maria Laura Gonzales, age 64 of Pleasanton, passed away in Jourdanton on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was born in San Antonio, on Monday, August 22, 1960 to Gonzalo and Delia (Garza) Vasquez.

Maria was known to be caring, loving, and very strong willed. Her fur babies held a special place in her heart.

She is survived by her loving husband, Lee Gonzales III; son, Joshua Lee Gonzales, and precious fur baby, Buddy.

Maria was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Dora Vasquez, and fur babies, Maryjay, Mater, Sandy, Carter, Gizmo, Princess, Aladar, and Lucky.

A celebration of Maria's life will be held at a later date.
