Martin Alfred Lopez, Jr. passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 in San Antonio at the age of 50.  He was born on October 9, 1972, in Floresville to Martin A. Lopez, Sr. and Alicia (Garza) Lopez.

Martin graduated from Pleasanton High School and continued to work for the school for 13 years.

Martin is survived by his wife of 27 years, Maria Lopez; father, Martin Lopez, Sr.; son, Alfredo Lopez; along with numerous extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alicia Lopez.

Services are scheduled for Monday, March 6, 2023, at St. Andrew Catholic Church, starting with a visitation from 9:00 am until 10:30 am, with a reciting of the rosary at 10:30 am and a mass at 11:00 am.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, located at the corner of Hwy 281 N and FM 536.
