It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Morrison Lee Donaghe, a cherished member of his family and community, who left this world peacefully on August 19, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on October 28, 1939, in Tokio, Texas, Morrison dedicated his life to his loved ones and his passions, including his lifelong fascination with planes and coin collecting. 

Morrison is survived by his loving daughters, Tiffany Bedwell and her husband Ricky, and Shannon Donaghe and her husband Gentry Almendarez; his son, Jason Donaghe; and his beloved sister, Joy Vestal and her husband Michael. He will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Robert, Baila, and Emmalyn Almendarez, Jace and Jaret Donaghe, Meaghan and Joseph Manguso, and Colby Bedwell; as well as his great-grandchildren: Hunter Bedwell, Lillie and Owen Evans, Ash and Miles Manguso, and Jenson Almendarez. 

Morrison was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Sharon Donaghe; his parents, Frank and Mabel Donaghe; his sister, Betty Kirby; and his brother, Will Donaghe. 

Morrison led a life enriched by many experiences. He served in the United States Navy, where he worked as a flight deck hand, fostering his admiration for aviation. Following his military service, he transitioned into a successful career as a plane-building technician. Earlier in his life, he worked at Piggly Wiggly, which inspired him to become a grocery store owner for many years. He had a generous spirit, always ready to lend a hand, and he delighted in being the self-proclaimed "Uber" driver for his grandchildren. 

A man with a hearty sense of humor, Morrison was known for his quick wit and playful nature. He enjoyed trout line fishing in his younger years and spent his life exploring and appreciating the beauty of new places. 

Morrison will be remembered not just for his accomplishments, but for the love he shared with his family and friends, leaving behind cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those he touched. He will be deeply missed.
