In Loving Memory of Norma Adelia Robertson
On October 16, 2023, our hearts were shattered as we bid farewell to Norma Adelia Robertson, a beloved sister, daughter, mother, and friend. Born on September 14, 1968, in the vibrant city of Chicago, Norma brought a light and warmth to the lives she touched. She peacefully passed away at her residence in San Antonio, at the age of 55.
Although Norma's journey on this earth has come to an end, her memory will forever be cherished. While her passing leaves a void in our lives, we find solace in the beautiful memories we shared with her and the impact she made on those around her.
Norma's education included college credits, highlighting her dedication to personal growth and intellectual pursuits. She embraced challenges with determination and an ever-curious mind. Despite facing obstacles, she found strength and resilience within herself.
Throughout her life, Norma found purpose and fulfillment in being a devoted mother to her two sons, Christopher and Steven Robertson. Her unwavering love and support enriched their lives, and she leaves behind a lasting legacy of unconditional love, compassion, and guidance.
Norma was a cherished member of her family, survived by her loving father, Jose DeLeon, her mother, Norma DeLeon, and her brothers, Jorge, Jose, and Adrian DeLeon. Their bond of affection and shared experiences brought immense joy to her life. They will forever cherish the memories they created together and keep Norma's spirit alive within their hearts.
In recognition of her life and the impact she made, a celebration of Norma's life will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 2:30 pm. Prior to the service, a rosary will be held at 2:00 pm, providing an opportunity for family and friends to offer their prayers and support during this difficult time.
Norma Adelia Robertson was a remarkable woman whose kindness, generosity, and love resonated with all those who knew her. She will forever be remembered as a shining light, bringing warmth and joy to everyone she encountered.
Though we mourn her loss deeply, let us also celebrate a beautiful life lived to the fullest. As we gather to pay our respects and reminisce on the precious memories, let us find solace in knowing that Norma will forever watch over us from the heavens above.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Norma's name to honor her caring nature and selflessness.
May Norma Adelia Robertson rest in eternal peace, knowing the profound impact she made on the lives of those she loved and who loved her.
