Pablo L. Chavez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 3, 2021.

Pablo L. Chavez was born to Francisca Luna Chavez on January 26, 1946, in Pearsall, Texas.  He was a proud Marine veteran and was deeply loved by many and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Francisca Luna Chavez, sister Virginia Viesca and brother, Manuel Chavez.

He is survived by his wife, Lauri Chavez, loving children, Richard Chavez (Michelle), Melissa Morales (Sam), Alyssa Chavez (Eddie), grandchildren; Keith Chavez, Matthew, Michael and Marcus Morales, Amanda, Blanca, Armando Jr., Juan Jose, and Richard Gauna, and Tomica Gawlik, brother, Juan Chavez and sisters Miquela Vasquez and Lucia Ramirez as well as many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 3:00 pm till 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with interment to follow at Pearsall Veterans Cemetery.
