Ramona Jimenez Bosquez, age 87, of Jourdanton passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024. She was born in Charlotte on Thursday, March 18, 1937 to Ramon and Juanita (Flores) Jimenez.

Ramona is survived by her children, Melesio Calvillo and wife Zulema, Dilia Pacheco, Martin Calvillo Jr. and wife Lupe, Celia Mendoza, Mary Jane Beavers and husband Gary, Rosario Bosquez, Ramona V. Hernandez and husband Daniel, Patricia Villalobos and husband Rick, and Cynthia Bosquez and husband Louis; 33 grandchildren; 96 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, Perfecta Escamilla, Tina Del Bosquez, Millie Juarez and husband Benito, and Tomasa Jimenez.

Ramona was preceded in death by her husband Luciano Bosquez; daughter, Lucia Alcorta, and grandsons, Albert Pacheco, and Rocky Rosales; and great-great granddaughter Kamilah Jhene Bosquez (Kami)

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 27, 2024, at Hurley Funeral Home, from 4:00pm until 9:00pm, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Hurley Funeral Home, at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Chilipitin Cemetery.
