Randall Bryce, a man of unwavering faith and resilience, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the age of 70. He was born on December 12, 1953, in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Jesse James Bryce and Wanda Earle (Few) Bryce. Randall lived a life dedicated to his family, his passions, and serving others.
Randall was a proud graduate of Poteet High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from Tarleton State. His journey into adulthood led him to a fulfilling career as a farmer and rancher, where he poured his heart into tending to the land and livestock. He was highly regarded within the cattle industry and was involved with the stock show for many years, sharing his knowledge and passion with others.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Randall held a special place in his heart for his family. His wife, Sherry Bryce, was his rock and confidante throughout their years together. He cherished every moment spent with their children and grandchildren, finding immense joy in being a loving and supportive grandpa. His love for the outdoors was evident in his favorite pastimes, such as dove hunting and soaking in the beauty of nature.
Randall was not just a man of faith, but also a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. On game days, you could find him eagerly cheering on his beloved team, and passionately debating their performance with friends and family.
Randall touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, kindness, and unwavering commitment to those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Wanda Bryce.
Randall is survived by his wife, Sherry Jean McLellan Bryce; daughters, Ashley Bryce (Tracy Smith) and Allison Bryce (Alex Middleton); son, Brandon Bryce (Jami Bryce); sisters, Deborah Harrell, Diana Favor (Bobby), Kim Wendel and Cynthia Nickle (Kenneth); and grandchildren, Aidan Smith, Tanner Bryce, Paisley Bryce, Kinsey Smith and Reese Middleton, along with numerous loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Randall is scheduled for Monday, January 15, 2024, at the First Baptist Church Pleasanton, starting at 11:00 am. Services will conclude at that time.
