Rebecca
Reyna
Jan 16, 1965 — Jun 6, 2024
Pleasanton
The kindhearted and loving soul, Rebecca Bosquez Reyna, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 6th, 2024 surrounded by her family. Becky was a beloved Daughter to her parents, Rose and Richard Bosquez and a loyal, dedicated wife to Doroteo G. Reyna. She was an affectionate sister to Annette Bosquez, Sylvia Reyes, Richard Bosquez Jr., Ida Reyna, Irma Reyna, and Rosie Tijerina. Her devotion as a mother to Amanda Lynn Zulaica, Allyson Marie Zulaica, Joe Savas Zulaica, Charlie Rene Reyna, Leticia Ann Romero, Laura Ann Romero, Destiny Nichole Uribe, Larry David Romero, Ashley Marie Reyna, Melaney Jade Reyna and Marcus Anthony Espinosa was unmatched. She adored being a grandmother to her grandsons Everett Ray Zulaica, Brandon Robert Bustamante, Cecillio Armando Trejo, Jax Guerra, and granddaughters Addyson Nichole Bustamante, Marcella Ximena Trejo, Aribella Guerra.
Becky's bright smile, warm hugs, and heartfelt laughter will be missed immensely but her legacy of love will live forever in all the lives she touched. She knew no strangers and her love of God and family guided her every move every day. Becky was the woman who held everything together. Her arrival was always met with kindness. The love and light she brought to people will continue to shine in the hearts and memories of all those that knew her. To know her was to love her. Becky grew up in Houston, Texas, where she later resided in Jourdanton, Texas. Her unending tender-heartedness was evident as a little girl, and it was unchanged as she became an adult. She was truly an angel on earth who lived her life doing God's work. Her faith in the Lord was unwavering, even in the face of her illness. She never let that illness stop her and she met it with a positivity that was inspiring. Family and friends will take comfort in knowing that she was called to her heavenly home where she is now free of illness and pain and resting in God's light and love.
Becky was surely met with loving arms by those who were called home to heaven before her, her Father Richard Bosquez, Mother-in-law Santos Garza Reyna, Father-in-law Doroteo Reyna Jr, son Samuel Joe Zulaica, Daughter Amanda Lynn Zulaica, and grandson Cecillio Armando Trejo.
Serving as pallbearers for Rebecca's service are Joe Zulaica, Charlie Reyna, Marcus Espinosa, Richard Bosquez, Robert Uribe, and Mark Martinez.
