Obituary

Roberto Moya, born on November 3, 1966, in Sinton, Texas, passed away on March 2, 2026. He spent much of his life in Pleasanton, Texas, where he touched the lives of many with his warm spirit and hardworking nature.

Roberto was a dedicated laborer in the utilities industry, known for his strong work ethic and unwavering determination.

Roberto leaves behind his beloved wife Gracie Limon; daughters Cherry (Joshua) Rodriguez, Roberta (David) Villarreal, and Cathy (Matthew) Rodriguez; son Roy (Erika) Limon; sisters Maria Ramirez, Patsy (Raul) Gomez, and Adela (Carlos) Pena; grandchildren Cheryl (Saul), Chloe (Abel), Cara, Joshua Jr., Alethia, Athena, Wyatt, Allessia, David, Malaya, Delios, Ginavese, Achilles, Matthew Jr. and Mila; great-grandchildren Annalise, Abel III, Elyanna, Feliciano, and Leilany; as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and the love he shared with his family and friends.

Services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at Hurley Funeral Home, staring with a visitation at 9:00 am, a reciting of the rosary at 10:00 am, and a prayer service at 11:00 am.  Services will conclude at the funeral home.  We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in sharing stories and remembering the wonderful person he was.

Rest in peace, Roberto. You will be greatly missed.

Roberto was preceded in death by: mother, Stella Moya Cortez and father, Octavio Moya.
