Rosendo Salazar passed away at his home on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the age of 81.  He was born on April 25, 1942, in Verdi to Ismael Salazar and Elena (Rodriguez) Salazar.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Garcia Salazar; parents, Ismael and Elena Salazar; sons, Adrian Salazar and Rosendo Salazar, Jr.; and brothers, Joe Salazar, Erasmo Salazar and Isdel Salazar.

Rosendo is survived by his sons, Ernest Salazar (Annette), Albert Salazar, Robert Salazar and Marty Salazar; sister, Eloisa Lambaria; and grandchildren, Dylan Salazar, Alyssa Salazar and Kaylee Salazar.

A graveside service for Rosendo will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at St. Luke Cemetery – Loire, starting at 10:00 am.
