Roy C. Brown, born October 27th, 1944 (age 80), surrounded by his loving family was received into his Saviors embrace on June 28th, 2025.

At the age of 21 he was drafted in the United States Army and honorably served for almost 2 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe C and Pauline Brown and brother Joe C. Brown, Jr. .

He is survived by his loving wife, Lucy D La Fuente, sisters, Irene Romo, Elaine Brown and brother, Robert C Brown and wife Hilaria.  Roy was blessed with 4 children, Danny Brown and wife, Dede Brown and partner, Delia Guzman and husband, and Delyssa Longoria and step-sons, Peter De La Fuente and wife, and Danny De La Fuente and wife.  Roy leaves behind 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Peter De La Fuente , Danny De La Fuente, Joseph Brown, Sr., Joseph Brown, Jr., J. D. Brown, and John Brown.

Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 12, 2025, all at St. Philip of Benizi Catholic Church starting with a visitation at 9:00 am, a reciting of the rosary at 10:00 am and a celebration of mass at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery.
