Victor Joe Gomez Sr., age 46 of Pleasanton, passed away in Austin on Thursday, August 1, 2024. He was born in Jourdanton, on Tuesday, May 2, 1978, to Juan Jose Gomez and Lidia (Sanchez) Castillo.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, Sandra K. Gomez; sons, Victor Gomez Jr., Michael Gomez, and Raymond Gonzales and wife Halie Gonzales; daughters, Kaytlyn Gomez, Kayliana Gomez, Victoria Gomez and Clarissa Gomez, and his parents. He is also survived by his brothers, Roger Gomez and wife Shelley,  Alfred Gomez, Martin Gomez, Mark Gomez, and Juan "Clavo" Gomez; grandchildren, Tye and Brayden McCumber, Sophia and Lincoln Gonzales, and Noah Corona Jr.

Victor was preceded in death by his brother, Juan "Noni" Gomez Jr., and sister, Rose Ann Petry.

Visitation and services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Hurley Funeral Home, starting at 1:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life to be held at 3:00 pm. Services will conclude at the chapel.
