Violet Laurie Farrar, age 73, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024. She was born on Thursday, January 4, 1951 to Doyel Quentin and Bessie Lee (Nix) Martin.

Violet was a sweet, caring and loving woman of deep Christian faith. She loved reading her Bible verses. Her favorite color was Violet. She loved roses and violets. She was a dog lover and had many dogs throughout her lifetime. Most of all, she loved her children deeply, and her two grandchildren were the light of her life. Violet and her husband, Bobby Keith Farrar were married on July 18, 1969.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM, in Amphion Cemetery.
