William Havins passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 in San Antonio at the age of 67.  He was born in Robert Lee, Texas on December 5, 1956 to William Lew Havins and Peggy June Bilbo.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy June Bilbo.

He is survived by his parents, William Lew Havins and Judith Elaine Havins; sons, Zachary Kyle Havins, William Stanley Havins; daughter-in-law, Gabbie Havins; grandson, Kyle Brandon Havins; sisters, Angi Black (Chuck), Ami Powell (Clint) and Rebecca Eldredge (Lee); nieces and nephews, Seth Davis Black, Rachel Allyson Black, Hayden James Powell, Morgan Camille Powell, Sarah Thompson, Christopher Levesque, Lucas Levesque and Seth Levesque.

Services are scheduled for Friday, August 23, 2024, at First Methodist Church - Pleasanton, 398 Main Street, starting with a visitation at 2:00 pm followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm.  Services will conclude at the church.
