Diana Villalobos, 63,of Pearsall, passed away on November 9, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on June 14, 1957 in Hanford, California to parents Jose Amaya and Blaza Acosta Amaya.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Guillermo "Willie" Benavidez, one daughter Rosemary Benavides and two brothers, Jay Amaya and Gomer Amaya.

Diana is survived by her husband, Juan "J J" Villalobos ; daughter Amy (Cyrus) Mireles; brothers Joe (Rachel) Amaya Jr and David (Sylvia) Amaya; sisters Olga Vidaurri, Frances Rodriguez and Janie (Joshua) Gonzales; sister-in-law Cruz Amaya;27 grandchilden and two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home in Pearsall Sunday, November 15th from 2:00PM[ to 9:00pm, with the Rosary being recited at 7:00PM. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00AM Monday in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Pearsall. Interment will follow in the Frio County Cemetery Pearsall, Texas. Pallbearers will be Romeo Gutierrez, Armando Gonzales, Joe Del Rio, David Villalobos, Adrian Vidaurri, Rocky Villalobos, J J Villalobos, and Joshua Gonzales.

Due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 Pandemic, Masks or facial coverings will be required, and soocial distancing will be in effect. Please limit physical contact to members of your immediate family only.
