Evangelina Cuellar Rangel age 69 of Natalia, Texas passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas.

Angie was a bank teller for over 30 years. She enjoyed seeing and talking to her customers every day. She has a love for Christian music and loved to collect elephants. She was selfless and giving, always thinking of others. Her laugh was contagious, and smile would light up the room. She will forever be remembered by all when greeting you by saying, "Hey Girlfriend." Although we will miss her daily, we find comfort knowing she is no longer in pain.

Evangelina was born on March 7, 1951, in Castroville, Texas to parents, Lorenzo, Sr., and Dora Cuellar.

She is preceded in death by her father, Lorenzo Cuellar, Sr., and brothers, Lorenzo Cuellar, Jr. And Oscar Ward.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Rene Rangel; mother, Dora Ward; sons, Robert Louis Lopez, Anthony James Lopez, Charles Rangel; grandchildren, Abbigayle Hope Lopez, Jon Philip Trujillo, Easton Lopez, Austin Lopez; sisters, Joanne (Larry) Bournique, Mary Lou (Ruben) Hernandez, Rosa (Adolfo) Hernandez; brothers, Arturo (Eva) Cuellar and David Ward.

In lieu of flowers, in appreciation of medical workers, the family would like you to find a health worker and express your gratitude on Angie's behalf.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Devine, Texas. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 26, 2021, 10:00 A.M. Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church La Coste, Texas with services to conclude at the church.
